Q: Why should I upgrade from TimeWolf 1, 2 or 3 to TimeWolf 4?

A: The upgraded version has improved functionality with a new look and feel. More functionality means more features to assist your time and attendance needs!

Q: Why should I upgrade if I never experience any issues?

A: Older versions will no longer be supported by our company and you never know when you might experience an issue with your older version. If your payroll is due and you have an unsupported version of TimeWolf, our client services team will not be able to help you out.

A: Also, operating systems need updated periodically as well. When you upgrade your operating system you may no longer be compatible with an older version of TimeWolf.

Q: Is it expensive to upgrade?

A: No, it is very minimal and aligned with other standard time and attendance programs. Just contact us and we can have our sales team get you all the information you need.
