A user wishing to access the TimeWolf™ software from a client machine must know the TimeWolf™ web address. Refer to the Installation Document for any questions concerning accessing the Software. TimeWolf™ creates shortcuts during installation which can be used to access the software. Double click the correct shortcut to access the part of the software that you want.
Note: The Manager and Employee Modules cannot be open simultaneously. Logging into the Manager Module will end your Employee Module session and vice-versa.
User Name - The User Name is the ID used to access the software. This ID is given to the user by the administrator along with the User Password.
Password - The User Password is the Password used to access the software. This Password is given to the user by the administrator along with the User ID.
Ok Button - The OK Button will validate the User Name and Password to log into the software.
Cancel Button - The Cancel Button will not save the changes made to a record and/or exit out of the screen that you are currently in.
Change Password - Prompts the user to change their password. Refer to Chapter 2 - Security for additional information on this feature.
